This year the 8th grade Advanced Art Class made 4 altars for Dia de los Muertos that include work from their class and the 7th grade Art Classes. The students put a lot of work into these projects honoring people who have passed away. Altars included drawings of people who had passed from the 7th grade art students and shoe box altars including portraits and skulls made by the 8th art students. As well as decorations made by both grades.
